What you'll do

  • Lead technical onboarding: connect customer systems and get them to a live Golden Record, fast.
  • Be the trusted technical point of contact across the customer's data, IT, and operations teams.
  • Drive adoption and expansion — turn early wins into organization-wide usage.
  • Translate customer needs and friction into clear, prioritized product feedback.
  • Run health checks and business reviews that tie Bondata to real operational outcomes.
  • Partner with Engineering and Sales on renewals, escalations, and smooth handoffs.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in technical customer success, solutions, or onboarding for a data or SaaS product.
  • Comfort with data concepts, integrations, and APIs — able to go deep with technical buyers.
  • Excellent communication; you make complex systems feel simple.
  • Ownership mentality and genuine customer empathy.

Nice to have

Background in MDM, data engineering, or analyticsWorking knowledge of SQLExperience with enterprise ERP / CRM ecosystems
