Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

What you'll do

  • Build and sustain a pipeline of qualified SaaS prospects alongside the sales team.
  • Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate interest.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and assess early-stage lead fit.
  • Communicate Bondata's value proposition to technology-focused buyers.
  • Keep accurate CRM records of activity and prospect information.
  • Shadow Account Executives and facilitate smooth handoffs.
  • Join team training on product knowledge and messaging.

What we're looking for

  • 0–1 year in sales, customer outreach, retail, support, or communications.
  • Native-level English, spoken and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for professional cold outreach.
  • Self-motivated and coachable.
  • Interest in SaaS, data tools, or analytics.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce) — or a willingness to learn.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills.
