Answers about Bondata
Everything you need to understand Next-Gen Master Data Management — the Enterprise Brain, Golden Records, 24-hour go-live, zero data movement, and how teams prove it on their own data.
Product & Platform
What Bondata is and the ideas behind Next-Gen MDM.
Bondata gives your AI the full business context of your enterprise. Instead of spending months cleaning up data upfront, we securely connect your scattered systems in about 24 hours and reconcile the conflicting records in place — no rip-and-replace, no migration.
The Enterprise Brain is a living object graph that understands the relationships and business logic across your entire ecosystem. Instead of stitching answers across spreadsheets, your teams work from one trusted Context Layer that knows exactly how a part in your ERP relates to a customer in your CRM and a shipment in your TMS.
Warehouses move and store raw data; iPaaS tools are dumb pipes for moving it around. Bondata is neither an ETL nor a storage layer — it unifies your data in place and adds the semantic meaning that AI and humans actually need. It is the brain over your systems, not another copy of them.
Master data is the core information every system must agree on: products, parts, suppliers, customers, sites, and bills of materials. MDM keeps that consistent across platforms. Bondata is Next-Gen MDM — instead of copying everything into a central database, it builds a live Context Layer over your existing systems and reconciles conflicting records where they live.
A Golden Record is the single, trusted version of a business entity — one supplier, one part, one product — reconciled from every system that holds a version of it. When a part exists three times with three different IDs across ERP, PLM, and a supplier file, the Golden Record is the one entry they all map to.
Entity resolution identifies when multiple records refer to the same real-world thing despite differing IDs or formats. Bondata does this automatically across ERP, PLM, MES, and file sources like Excel, CSV, PDF, and EDI. High-confidence matches resolve automatically; low-confidence ones are flagged for a person to confirm in one click.
A bill of materials (BOM) lists the parts, sub-assemblies, and quantities in a product. BOM reconciliation makes the engineering BOM in your PLM (Teamcenter, Windchill, Arena) agree with the manufacturing and procurement BOM in your ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Infor). Bondata automates it through entity resolution.
AI, Agents & Claude
How Bondata grounds the AI tools you already use.
Claude and ChatGPT are reasoning engines — brilliant at processing information, but empty without your specific enterprise context. Bondata is the Context Layer that feeds those engines the resolved, verified business truth they need to be useful on your data.
LLMs hallucinate when they lack context. Bondata provides the semantic memory your AI needs. By feeding Agents resolved, already-verified context — rather than raw, fragmented data — outputs stay accurate, traceable, and grounded in your business rules.
Yes. Query your Enterprise Brain directly through Bondata, or use it as the knowledge foundation for the AI surfaces your enterprise already runs — Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and your own Agents. We power the AI tools you already own.
Talk: use natural language to query your entire ecosystem for instant answers. Act: trigger system-wide workflows and updates with technical certainty. Govern: keep a sovereign, auditable record of every human and AI interaction.
Deployment & Go-Live
Connecting your systems — without moving your data.
Day 0 is kickoff — security and scope. On Day 1, our connectors go live and the engine builds your object graph. Because there is no data migration and no manual mapping, your full Context Layer is queryable within 24 hours of connection.
No. Bondata uses a Zero Data Movement architecture — a high-fidelity virtual overlay on your existing systems. Your raw data stays securely in its source, eliminating the risk, cost, and compliance hurdles of traditional data centralization.
Effectively everything. We support major ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Infor), CRMs, and MES, plus the long tail of enterprise data: Excel, CSVs, PDFs, and EDI files. With 55+ integrations and growing, if a system exists in your enterprise, we can Bond it.
The engine continuously re-detects relationships. When a system updates a field or a new software version ships, it adapts automatically. There are no brittle pipelines to fix and no manual reconfigurations to keep up with.
Security & Compliance
Your data stays your data — by architecture.
Bondata maintains SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and GDPR-compliant status. Crucially, we do not store your operational data — the Context Layer is metadata and hashed fingerprints, held inside your ecosystem. Your raw data stays securely in your source systems.
Yes. Because of our Your Data Stays Your Data policy, the engine never moves your data elsewhere — it operates entirely within your ecosystem, which is exactly what regulated environments require.
The engine assigns a confidence score to every match. High-confidence matches process automatically; low-confidence ones are flagged for a one-click human review. That review is a feedback loop that makes the engine smarter over time.
Getting Started
Who Bondata is for and how to prove it on your data.
Operations leaders, COOs, and CIOs at enterprises struggling with fragmented systems — most often in Manufacturing and CPG, where parts, suppliers, and BOMs live in too many places at once.
Run the 7-Day Pilot. Bring a sample of your messy data — even two dirty CSVs — to a discovery call and we can demonstrate live entity resolution in the first 30 minutes. By the end of the week, your team is chatting with your real data.
Data Debt is the accumulated cost of manual data cleaning and siloed systems. For a $1B enterprise, that debt runs about $2.4M in annual margin leakage. Bondata typically cuts manual data work by 30–50% and delivers roughly a 4x return on investment.
